We went in to fix a job that the previous contractor screwed up. This family of 6 has been living in a nightmare for several months and eventually kicked their contractor off the job. Take a look at this bathroom.
The contractor told them the waterproofing doesn't need to go all the way to the ceiling because "water doesn't go there". He also put blobs of cement and broken tiles between the new tiles and the wall. There was NO plumbing or drainage in the shower area.
We are going to make it right for them. We are using the best products and the right installation practices so this family doesn't have to deal with mold. We are also building them a shower niche for extra storage.
