NEW HOLMES SHOW CASTING IS NOW OPEN! If you were ripped off by a contractor or have a reno horror story, we want to hear from you! Casting is open to homeowners located in the GTA.

Older homes tend to have mixed wiring. Whenever anyone purchases a home that’s 15-years old or older they need to get a licensed electrical contractor to check out the house—especially if the older home has a finished basement. #ELECTRICALSAFETYMONTH

While copper wiring is today’s standard and what is recommended, according to the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), aluminum wiring itself is safe when properly connected and terminated without damaging the wire. #ELECTRICALSAFETYMONTH
