In this house, we needed to install a durable floor that can withstand a wheelchair and pets. We selected an engineered hardwood flooring and here is what we love about it:
72-hour spill protection.
Structurally stable under extreme temperature and moisture fluctuations.
Eco-friendly & family-safe.
Enduring quality thanks to next-gen technology.
Higher density than other engineered hardwood.
Premium-grade wood with longer & wider boards.
Awesome selection with beautiful color options.

We’ve installed a lot of shower niches in our bathroom projects and we love the prefabricated Schluter-Systems North America KERDI-BOARD niche. They come in a variety of sizes and make installation so much easier and quicker.

Recently we installed a vertical light-up niche and let me tell you it looked amazing, with the lights dimmed too it gave you a nice at-home spa feeling.

This year at The International Builders' Show (IBS) Schluter introduced a horizontal version of the light-up shower niche that also has all the needed certifications. I think I might have to redo our bathroom just to get one installed 👍
