The contractor had built the garage without a stable foundation, resulting in structural weakness. The space was unsafe and unusable.
I brought my crew to the house. We had to demolish the poorly constructed structure. We came back with architectural plans and proper engineering for a strong, safe build. A new, code-compliant foundation and structural framing were installed.
We completed the space with appropriate insulation, siding, and finishes to transform it into a functional, durable studio.
