I helped a young couple who purchased their dream home, only to discover it was riddled with problems that the home inspector missed. From faulty wiring to hidden mold, we found a ton of issues that pose serious health and safety risks. Don't skip a home inspection!
Lisa and Ron hired a contractor to convert their garage into an art studio. However, the result was far from what they envisioned—the structure was flimsy, lacked a proper foundation, and wasn’t fit for use as a studio.
The contractor had built the garage without a stable foundation, resulting in structural weakness. The space was unsafe and unusable.
I brought my crew to the house. We had to demolish the poorly constructed structure. We came back with architectural plans and proper engineering for a strong, safe build. A new, code-compliant foundation and structural framing were installed.
We completed the space with appropriate insulation, siding, and finishes to transform it into a functional, durable studio.
