Meanwhile, the saga of the fraudulent contractor that left brothers Patrick and Stokely with a decimated, unhealthy basement comes to an end as Mike, Sherry and Michael put the finishing touches on the renovation that will finally allow this multi-generational household to open their doors to more family members in need.

Episode 12: A Welcome Addition

Meanwhile, after a bad builder walked away with their savings, Maria and Frank are finally facing their fear of renovations, hoping Mike, Sherry and Michael can dig their entire property out of a five-year flood.

Determined to redirect the floodwaters plaguing Maria and Frank’s basement for the last 5 years, the Holmes family digs into an unforgettable, full backyard overhaul. Meanwhile, Mike, Michael and Sherry battle the elements to finally bring Sarah and Matt’s four year, reno nightmare to a spectacular close.
