✔️ Loose, cracked or shifted siding
✔️ Damaged flashing around windows and doors
✔️ Worn weatherstripping
✔️ Clogged gutters or leaking downspouts
✔️ Water pooling near your foundation
✔️ Leaves and debris blocking exterior vents
