- Indoor air quality test
- Cover up the vents during the work
- Hospital grade duct cleaning with disinfectant sprayed post-reno. Pure MD Air is awesome
-Install air cleaners (the one I install is pictured. Name is Whisper Air Repair by Panasonic)
- Install an ERV to manage moisture and create air exchange
-choose materials that off gas a small amount (or no) VOCs
- Indoor air quality test
- Cover up the vents during the work
