Selected as a CES 2021 Innovation Award Honoree its patented detection technology powers fast, accurate and reliable results. Wireless connectivity securely delivers the results and alert notifications straight to your smartphone. Always monitoring to provide accurate radon levels and displays a real-time status using a 3-color LED on the front side.

RadonEye®
Welcome to the world’s fastest radon detector.
RadonEye displays a first reading in 10 minutes and a reliable result within 1 hour. RadonEye operates in real-time – a smart radon measurement device for home, office and buildings.
RadonEye Pro®
Fast, accurate, research-grade performance in a continuous radon monitor.
RadonEye Pro is an AARST-NRPP and NRSB certified device designed for professionals at an affordable price. Real-time inspection displays the first reliable result within 60 minutes, with updates every 10 minutes.
Victoria™
The Victoria™ Radon Alarm is the first real-time alarm for the detection of elevated radon levels in a building. It continuously detects radon and emits both a visual and audible alarm at a peak of 150 Bq/m³ {becquerels per cubic metre) (4.0 pCi/L). The Victoria™ stands out from other radon detectors because it instantly detects radon, and functions like a carbon monoxide detector, alerting when indoor air is hazardous. The Victoria™ is battery operated and comes with a two-year warranty.
Radtrak2®
The Radtrak2® Alpha Track Detector is the most commonly used technology for radon measurement worldwide. It is suitable for 90-day to 365-day testing. The Radtrak2® provides exceptional range of radon measurement levels using Track-Etch® methodology and CR39 chip technology for more accurate results. Analysis is performed using state-of-the-art image scanner at the Radonova accredited laboratory with results available in 7-10 business days. Radtrak2 is a reliable and economical method of radon measurement for residential and large-scale testing projects.
Rapidos®
The C-NRPP approved Rapidos® Alpha Track detector provides short-term radon measurement detection with the benefits of a long-term test. It is suitable for 10-day to 30-day testing. Greater air volume than Radtrak2 doubles the detection speed to provide an improved statistic for short-term measurement. Rapidos® alpha track detector is both accurate and flexible and is one of the most effective ways to measure radon for residential and large-scale testing projects. Exposure results are available in 7-10 business days, and purchase includes lab fees.
Radon Mitigation Systems
Health Canada’s policy is that all Canadian homes should be tested for radon and mitigated if above the action guideline. Long term exposure to radon increases your risk of developing lung cancer. If your radon tests indicated high levels of radon, here are your mitigation options to reduce radon levels.
Radostat – for your HRV/ERV
Radostat is an active, on demand radon mitigation solution. It’s non-invasive design integrates into a building’s existing HRV/ERV to keep radon levels low. It activates at a peak of 150 Bq/m³ (4.0 pCi/L) and works 24/7. It can provide energy savings of up to 80% as it operates only as needed as well as improving the overall indoor air quality. This innovative approach to radon reduction and monitoring can be used in retrofits and new builds in both commercial and residential buildings. The Radostat is ETL approved and is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Radon Guard™
Radon Guard™ is a new patent pending, structural under-slab ventilation and insulation panel system. It ensures your new building structure is safe and free from harmful levels of radiation. It’s suitable for commercial and residential applications, providing an added insulation value. Radon Guard™ is easy to install, inexpensive to transport, and has zero risk of introducing radon contaminated material into a building structure.
Some of our Holmes Approved Homes builders have had this system installed. Read more about this project from RDC Fine Homes in Whistler B.C.
Radon Block™ Mitigation System
Radon Block™ is a high performance radon blocking barrier membrane that resists gas and moisture migration into the building envelope, providing superior protection from toxic and harmful chemicals. It is 100 times less permeable than typical polyethylene vapour barriers against radon, methane and other harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The membrane is a seven-layer co-extruded barrier made from state-of-the-art polyethylene and EVOH resins. This provides unmatched impact strength as well as superior resistance to gas and moisture transmission.
Airwell – Removing Radon from Water
Airwell is a new technology that solves the problem of radon in well water before water enters the home. It uses a “down the well” process by injecting air into the water source through an aeration pipe, resulting in improved water quality. Using pressurized air pumped to the bottom of the well, contaminated water is lifted to the surface. Excess iron, manganese, hydrogen sulphide, methane, carbon dioxide, and radon is released. The system quickly and reliably removes contaminants. Airwell is automatic and maintenance free with minimal operating cost, and uses no chemicals.
The Radon Environmental Team
