Shipping charges are based on dimensions, weight and destination of the package.
Yes, we ship to most international countries including the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Please note not all shipping methods may be available. Additional fees such as taxes, duty or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed to you by FedEx or your local customs department. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before placing your order. The Make It Right Web Store has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, and duties. If you need more information about these fees please contact your local customs office.
This depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer several shipping options via FedEx and Canada Post. All packages can be tracked online and a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order ships.
You can enter any street address where you’d like your package sent. Please make sure your shipping address is complete.
If you select FedEx as your shipping option, the shipping address CANNOT be a P.O. Box address, it must be a street address only. FedEx is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Orders being shipped via Canada Post can be either a street or P.O. Box address.
Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days after placing your order. You will be notified by email when it has been shipped and the status in your account information will change from “Pending” to “Shipped”.
We do not back order product, however from time to time items may be out of stock unexpectedly, thus causing a delay in shipping your order. Be sure to check the email account you provided, when you made your order. If a problem were to occur you will always be notified via email in regards to why the status has changed on your account.
Occasionally throughout the year our shipping offices may be closed for holidays, therefore causing a delay in shipping your order.
Please check our customer service page where any changes to our regular business hours will be posted. If that is not the case, your order was most likely not created in our system and we were unable to see that you made one for the following reasons:
1. While you entered your credit card information you hit the ”back” button. This will cancel any order in the system but will not cancel your credit card from being charged.
2. You hit the process button repeatedly and this sends a signal to the credit card company that the card is being charged more then once. This will also cancel your order.
These problems are caught most of the time and you will be contacted. If you have not been contacted please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of the problem. Always check your account to ensure your order is on time and check your emails in the event you have been sent an email from our customer service team.
